Single Page Site

• Cost £150
• Includes  custom site design, graphics and up to three images.

• Base cost £250
• Includes home page, contact page and one additional text based page
• Includes  custom site design, graphics and navigation
• Up to three images may be included on the home page subject to design
• Extra page with title graphic, navigation and up to five images £60
• Extra images may be added to any page at a cost of £12 per image, a maximum of ten images per page may be imposed at the designer's discretion.

• Quotations for additional features such as message boards, forms, shopping carts etc. can be supplied on request.

• There are 3 possible options.
  
  Option 1
  The website is designed, implemented, uploaded and tested and then handed over to the client as a completed project.  The client is then responsible for any updates required and for the smooth running and appearance of the website.  We would not provide any support or training and any further work requested by the client would be charged at a rate of £25 per hour.
  
  This option is only recommended if the client has experience of web design and is familiar with the use of a high end web design package such as Dreamweaver.
  
  Option 2
  Specific pages can be designed to allow updates by the client.  These updates would be to set areas of  page content and would allow text changes only.  It would not be possible for the client to add or remove graphical/photographic content or make changes to the page layout.  Updates would be by use of a word processing package such as Microsoft Word and full documentation to achieve this would be provided.  Each user updatable page would attract an additional set up cost of £60 on top of the basic fee listed above. Further telephone support after the initial hand over could be provided at a rate of £25 per hour.
  
  This option requires the client's web hosting package to include support for PHP4 and/or ASP.
  
  Option 3
  We can update the site on the client's behalf at the rates below:
  
  10 Page Updates per Year  = £120
  50 Page Updates per Year  = £420
  100 Page Updates per Year = £600
  Additional page updates once prepaid limit reached £12 each.
  
  NB. A "Page Update"  is an update to the content of a single page.
  
  Updates would include the addition, substitution or removal of  photographs and/or text. Primary communication method for updates would be by email. Photographs must be supplied in electronic format. Additional pages or redesign of a page would be charged at normal design rates.
  
  This option would allow any page on the site to be updated when required by the client. Integrity of the website design would be assured.
